1863 Ventures is a business development program designed to bridge the gap between entrepreneurship and equity. The firm seeks to create $100B of new wealth and economic power for and by the New Majority. 1863 provides several programs designed to support various stages in the lifecycle to include early-stage and growth-stage. The Emerge Program works with seed and early stage businesses to help prepare them personally and professionally -- for significant growth opportunities. The program is focused on helping entrepreneurs become better operators. The Beyond 5 Seminar Program is a three-month business development program for entrepreneurs who have been in business at least 5 years. The program is designed to catalyze business revenue and sustainability within 12-24 months. The Pipeline Program actively recruits and retains a pipeline of investment ready businesses who can scale through supply chain contracts, tech scouting and joint venture opportunities. The accelerate program supports businesses seeking high growth opportunities within 6-12 months of graduation and have at least two years of customer traction in the region.
