Founded 2009, Accelmed Partners is a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on acquiring and investing in mature, U.S. based, commercial-stage HealthTech companies. The firm currently manages over $630 million of equity capital and are actively investing out of our second private equity fund, Accelmed Partners II. The firm targets investments across the medical device, tools, diagnostics, digital health and tech-enabled services sectors. For Control Positions, Accelmed seeks companies with $20-$70m in TTM sales. Initial equity check is typically in the range of $20m - $40m, up to $100m over time. For the firm's Growth Investment Strategy, Accelmed targets companies with +$10m in TTM sales; and will lead or co-lead with an initial equity check typically in range of $15-25m.
