The OSU Advantage Accelerator (OSUAA) is an accelerator for startup and early stage organizations. Through the OSUAA, companies have the opportunity to accelerate their success and have access to capital through the various Angel networks, connections to venture capital and access to strategic partnerships. OSUAA seeks to assist in the development of new technology businesses through controlled growth and the creation of local and regional jobs. The main components of OSUAA include student power and the accelerator's Affiliate Program and Immersive Program. The OSU Advantage Accelerator Immersive Program consists of three phases: The Fuzzy Front End (to explore the product), the Accelerator (to refine the product) and the Incubator (to launch the start-up). Each describes the stage of development of a venture with a different set of immersive work, curriculum and early launch.
