Annox Capital was established to invest in and advise businesses doing things differently. The firm considers investments in typical tech zones, but will also consider investments in geographically dispersed businesses that are engaged in more basic industrial enterprises such as manufacturing, logistics, banking, healthcare and commercial real estate. Robert J. (Bob) Mylod, Jr., managing partner of Annox Capital, is the former vice chairman and chief financial officer of Priceline.com. For Start-Ups, Annox considers and investment size target of $100k to $1 million; for Later Stage Ventures, an investment size target of $1 million to $5 million; and for Significant Control Private Equity, an investment size target of $5 million to $30 million.
