Archer Venture Capital is an investment firm and start-up advisory platform for entrepreneurs. The firm targets investments in the seed, Series A and select later growth stages of the business. Archer Venture Capital, also manages Archer Venture Acquisitions, a fund and management company, focused on acquiring secondary interests from institutions and providing liquidity to investors and founders of high growth companies. Archer Venture Capital and affiliates provides liquidity to founders and employees of private companies, to enable early exercise of options, coverage of taxes and liquidity alternatives. Currently, Archer and affiliates have provided liquidity to employees of: Uber, AirBnB, 2U (TWOU), and TrueCar (TRUE). Archer Venture Capital closed its second fund (May of 2017), Archer Venture Capital II, at $80 million.
