Axia Capital pursues buyouts and recapitalizations of smaller technology firms in targeted industry sectors. Axia Capital targets investments in the technology sector including the following industry segments: Industrial and Laboratory Automation and Controls; Enterprise Software and Services; Sensors and Instrumentation; and Industrial Capital Equipment. Axia has assisted in transactions ranging from $10 million to over $100 million and helped grow businesses from start-up to over $100 million in revenues. The firm seeks opportunities with revenues of $3 to $50 million and provides equity investments ranging from $1 to $5 million. Axia seeks to leverage its equity investments with debt financing when appropriate.
