    Description:

    B12 Capital Partners is a private equity fund looking to partner with the management of manufacturing and distribution companies from $5 to $50 million in revenue. B12 Capital is focused on investing in mid to late stage companies, with a minimum of $500 thousand up to $5 million and historical (or the potential for) EBITDA margins in excess of 10%. Its geographical emphasis is on the states of the Big Twelve conference, extending into the upper Midwest, Southeast and Intermountain West. B12 focuses on commercial and industrial companies in a variety of sectors, including aerospace; agriculture; distribution and commercial services; filtration, water, and air quality; niche energy; medical products and devices; OEM components and products; paper, printing, and plastics related; specialty chemical; and specialty publishing. The firm also invests in niche consumer product companies in education; pet products; branded apparel and outdoor and recreation products; branded food and food ingredients; and craft/hobby.
