Beechwood Capital is a Boston-based investment group that identifies and invests in low-middle market growth and venture stage companies. Beechwood's Principals founded and built The Holmes Group (including such brands as Crock-Pot, Rival and Bionaire) into an $800 million consumer products leader. The firm is solely focused on branded, disruptive consumer products companies. Beechwood will target companies with revenue of $5-50 million, EBITDA of $1-5 million, but is open to discussing unique smaller businesses or pre-revenue venture opportunities. Beechwood will target a $1-5 million equity investment.
