Since 2019, Bochi has made private investments in growing companies in the Western U.S. Bochi is a combination of a family office (investing its own capital) and an independent sponsor (the firm also forms SPVs and brings outside investors into its investments). The firm seeks minority or majority investments; has a flexible time frame, happy to hold for 10+ years; and flexibility to invest from $500,000 up to $20 million. Bochi is seeking companies in the Lower middle market ($5-100 million of revenues); in Consumer, industrial, and business services sectors; with a strong preference for Western U.S., including Texas.
