Bohemian Investments is a $1.5 billion family investment office located in Fort Collins, CO with investments in real estate, technology (IT, IT infrastructure, cleantech/alternative energy) and financial services. Bohemian manages the assets of Patricia A. Stryker (born 1956), the granddaughter of Homer Stryker, surgeon and founder of Stryker Corporation, a medical technology company. According to Bloomberg, the heiress is worth a reported $5.27B. Stryker also administers the Bohemian Foundation which supports local, national, and global efforts to build strong communities. In 1999, she purchased Stryker Sonoma, a California winery formerly known as Sommer Vineyards. She sold the winery in 2016. According to published reports, Pat Stryker's Bohemian Foundation and companies own more than 30 addresses in Fort Collins under 20 LLCs. Stryker is known for her large donations to liberal political candidates and causes.
