Braddock Capital Management is a Denver-based private capital firm that invests in: Recapitalizations: recapitalizations and refinancings, as a debt and/or equity investor; Existing Debt: controlling interests in corporate and/or real estate debt on the secondary market; 363 Sales: businesses being sold through the 363 sale process of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy; Non-Core Business: non-core businesses being sold out of larger companies; and Leveraged Buyouts: leveraged buyouts and management buyouts as an equity investor. The firm has particular expertise in turnarounds, bankruptcies or other special situations including companies in transition due to succession planning. Investments may include the purchase of debt securities or direct investments of equity generally on a control basis. Braddock targets investments ranging from $5 million to $30 million in equity, in companies with revenues of between $10 million and $75 million.
