    Description:

    Brookstone Partners is a private equity firm that seeks to acquire companies or invest in growth equity situations in the middle market. The firm's principals have created significant value in a wide variety of both private and public enterprises and have returned in excess of $1.25 billion to their partners and investors since 1996. Brookstone does not take a direct role in the operations of portfolio companies, but works in close partnership with experienced management teams to increase value. The firm's geographic focus is North America, and Brookstone targets companies with enterprise value of $10 million to $180 million. Target equity investment size is $5 million to $25 million.
