CAVU Venture Partners is a New York and Santa Monica investment firm that has raised $156 million for its debut fund. Founded in 2016, CAVU's investment strategy is to focus broadly on consumer packaged goods, with a particular focus on food and beverage. Other portfolio companies will be created from scratch by the CAVU team itself. With total flexibility in stage and structure, investment range from $1mm - $30mm+, CAVU can tailor investment solutions requiring a thoughtful approach, deep sector knowledge and a clear understanding of the company's and other shareholders' needs. CAVU was founded by a trio of high-profile beverage industry veterans: former vitaminwater CMO Rohan Oza, Sweet Leaf Tea and Deep Eddy Vodka co-founder Clayton Christopher, and Suja investor Brett Thomas.
