CSU Ventures is a matchmaker who brings the private sector and academia together for mutually beneficial collaboration. CSU also offers state-of-the-art incubator facilities for early stage partners and several core research areas which are poised to impact the global marketplace. CSU Ventures has a number of different funds awarding commercialization grants. CSU Ventures has assisted in the formation and development of dozens of companies dedicated to the commercialization of innovations created at CSU. As of July 2020, the active portfolio included 759 inventions and 771 patents.
