The firm targets the areas of: Healthcare Services and Products, Food and Beverage, Consumer Services and Products, Business Services, and Light Manufacturing. The company invests through two different capital structures -- Caltius Equity and Caltius Mezzanine. Caltius Equity makes control and substantial minority equity investments ranging from $10 to $30 million in management-led buyouts, late-stage growth financings, leveraged recapitalizations, corporate divestitures, and acquisitions. Caltius Mezzanine provides debt in amounts of $7 to $50 million to support a broad range of transaction types, including acquisitions, buyouts, shareholder dividends, refinancings, and organic growth.
