    Center Rock Capital Partners invests in leading, middle-market industrial companies headquartered in North America that serve domestic and global markets, typically through multi-national operations. The firm seeks to invest in industrial manufacturing, industrial distribution and industrial services companies with revenues of $50 million to $500 million (no minimum for add-ons) and an EBITDA up to $50 million (including negative EBITDA). Center Rock makes control common equity, structure preferred equity and secondary purchases of debt investments of $25 million to $150 million.
