Clearview Capital, LLC is a private investment firm specializing in the acquisition and recapitalization of North American companies with $4-20 million EBITDA (investment size: $25-100 million of equity). In aggregate, Clearview's current portfolio has sales and operating profits in excess of $500 million and $100 million, respectively. The firm invests in companies with a history of profitable growth, achieving operating profit margins of at least 10 percent. The types of transactions facilitated by Clearview include: Ownership transition for closely-held or family-owned companies, Management buyouts, and Corporate divestitures. Clearview will consider investments in a wide variety of industries, but has a particular interest in manufacturing, specialized services and branded products. The firm is currently investing through Clearview Capital Fund II, LP, a $250 million committed fund raised in March, 2008.
