CloudBreak Capital is a Fort Lauderdale, FL private equity fund focused on creating value and growth in micro cap buyouts. Andrew B. Dumke is the founder and CEO of CloudBreak, an entity focused on LBO, MBO and divestiture transactions on the west coast of the United States in manufacturing, distribution, and services. Prior to CloudBreak, Mr. Dumke was chairman, CEO and co-founder of Avexus, a software provider of enterprise software solutions to the global aerospace industry. Prior to Avexus, Mr. Dumke was a General Partner with Pacific Mezzanine Fund (PMF), a private investment firm specializing in acquiring and building companies. CloudBreak Capital targets manufacturing, distribution and service businesses with $5 million to $50 million in annual revenue with cash operating earnings (EBITDA) in excess of $1 million. Typical equity investments from CloudBreak will range from $1 to $5 million to support a transaction size between $5 and $30 million.
