Continuum is an investment company that manages business investments and supports the philanthropic, public policy, and civic engagement work for Doug & Maria DeVos and their family. Their family includes Doug & Maria, Dalton & Kelly DeVos, Jordan & Micaela Richtsmeier, Monreau DeVos, and Olivia DeVos. Doug DeVos is an American businessman and sailing champion. He serves as co-chairman of Amway's board of directors with Steve Van Andel. Doug is the youngest son of Helen June (Van Wesep) and Amway co-founder Rich DeVos, who, with Steve Van Adel's father Jay Van Andel, started Amway in Michigan in 1959. Continuum Ventures has partnered with Grand Rapids-based Auxo Investment Partners to manage the new Michigan Opportunity Fund, which makes majority and minority investments in small and mid-sized companies. Investments will go toward companies with revenue of $10 million to $200 million with $2 million to $20 million in EBITDA.
