Court Square is an independent private equity firm established by the former members of Citigroup Venture Capital Equity Partners. The firm has invested over $4.5 billion in more than 240 transactions, which have returned $14 billion to date. While the firm takes a generalist approach to investing, it has specific and significant experience in the following sectors: business services, healthcare, industrials, media and publishing, and technology and telecommunications. Equity: $75 million - $350 million; Enterprise value: $150 million - $1.5 billion. Court Square currently manages approximately $6 billion of aggregate capital commitments.
