Crystal Ridge Partners (CRP), with $70 million of committed capital, is a private equity firm focused exclusively on the lower middle market. In partnership with management, CRP invests in buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth equity transactions with the flexibility to take either control or minority positions. CRP typically looks to support growing companies located in the Eastern U.S. and Canada that have strong management teams and trailing EBITDA between $1 million and $4 million., with sales between $10 and $50 million. Equity investments typically range between $3 million and $10 million per transaction, although the firm has the resources necessary to pursue larger transactions.
