Delaware Crossing Investor Group is a network of former and current executives and entrepreneurs who provide counsel and capital to early-stage and other growth-oriented companies (800 years experience, 26 members, 60 portfolio companies). Delaware Crossing Investor Group seeks businesses that require funding of $250,000 to $1,000,000. Ideal portfolio companies have finished their development work and are seeking funds to commercialize their product. The group targets companies that are generally not candidates at the present time for institutional venture capital financing due to the size of the investment they seek and/or their stage of development. Their portfolio companies target markets with opportunities sufficiently large enough to create at least $10 million in annual revenues within 3-5 years after Delaware Crossings investment. Unless there is an existing personal connection, Delaware Crossing Investor Group's geographical preference is limited to companies based within a three hour drive of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or Princeton, New Jersey where each of our member chapters is located. The only other exception is in the case where Delaware Crossing Investor Group co-invests with one or more other angel organizations.
