Diamond State Ventures is a private equity and venture capital firm with $225 million under management across three funds. DSV invests in small and lower middle market companies located in Arkansas and across the Midwest and Southeast United States. DSV is currently investing out of Diamond State Ventures III, LP, a $100 million SBIC fund, with a target investment size of $3 to $7 million as a sole investor or will facilitate and participate in a co-investor group of up to $25 million through our expansive network of co-investment partners. The firm's investments are typically structured as subordinated debt with warrants, preferred equity, or a combination of those securities. Since the formation of Diamond State's first fund in 1999, the firm has invested in 55 companies across a broad range of industries and financing structures. Diamond State's key investment criteria includes: minimum annual revenues of $10 million and an EBITDA between $2 and $6 million. The firm's preferred target industries are: niche manufacturing, business services, media, consumer products and services, education and healthcare services and technologies. Diamond State does not invest in seed or start-up companies.
