Founded in 2013, Diversis Capital invests in middle-market companies that require operational transformations to realize their full potential. Although industry agnostic, Diversis has a core focus in technology, consumer, healthcare, telecom, industrial, and services sectors. The firm will make investments of $10 to $150 million in equity and prefers to invest in companies with revenues of at least $10 million, EBITDA up to $25 million, and enterprise values of up to $100 million. Diversis prefers to hold ownership stake between 51% and 100% in its portfolio companies and invests through corporate carve-outs, management partnerships, turnarounds of undermanaged or undercapitalized companies, founders looking for liquidity, equity investments in standalone businesses, and distressed debt.
