    Mikhail Gurevich is the Founder and Managing Partner of Dominion Capital, a Family Office investment firm he established in June 2011, specializing in structured finance. Prior to launching Dominion Capital, Mikhail served as President and CTO of ZepInvest, a fintech research company he started in June 2007. In May 2005, Mikhail co-founded ClickFacts, a security and analytics company focused on providing large scale online advertising solutions, where he served as the CIO. Dominion invests in Venture Capital as well as Structured Products targeting $1,000,000 to $40,000,000 Debt and Preferred Equity investments with exchange-listed issuers in North America.
