The Ecosystem Integrity Fund invests in private companies across a range of areas related to sustainability. Ecosystem Integrity Fund will primarily make investments in private companies, but may also invest in outstanding projects or project developers on a selective basis. The firm is primarily an early-stage investor, but will consider special situations. They target companies that are capital efficient, ideally requiring less than $20M to reach profitability. Ecosystem Integrity makes initial investments ranging from $2 - 5M, preferring capital-efficient opportunities. The firm considers investments in the following target sectors: Renewable Energy, Energy and other Resource Efficiency, Power Grid Management, Green Chemistry, Waste Management, Water Management, Agriculture, Transportation, Building Materials, and Habitat Conservation and Remediation.
