Emigrant Capital is a private investment firm that provides flexible capital solutions to finance corporate acquisitions, fund growth, create liquidity and meet the other financial needs of middle market businesses and their owners. Emigrant invests in companies with revenues of $10- $100 million that are well-positioned competitively, either through branding, distinctive engineering, or by virtue of other proprietary concepts. Emigrant prefers cash flow-positive companies with $2 to $15 million in historical EBITDA, but will consider turnaround opportunities on a case-by-case basis. Emigrant generally invests $5 million to $30 million per investment.
