Founded in 1997 by Linda Rottenberg and Peter Kellner, Endeavor mentors and accelerates high-impact entrepreneurs globally. Once selected, entrepreneurs are provided with customized services from a volunteer network of over 1,000 global and local business leaders who serve as mentors, advisors, connectors, investors, and role models. Endeavor Catalyst uses donated capital to co-invest alongside lead investors in Endeavor Entrepreneur funding rounds. Through the catalyst, donors contribute directly to the growth of high impact entrepreneurs and their impact on job creation, revenue growth, and local economies. Endeavor currently operates in Latin America, South Africa, and the Middle East, with plans to be present in 20 emerging market countries by 2015. $60B: Raised in debt & equity capital by Endeavor Entrepreneurs; $50B: Revenues generated by Endeavor Entrepreneurs; 80: Endeavor companies have been acquired since 1997; >50%: Average annual growth rate in first two years after engaging with Endeavor; 70+: Endeavor Entrepreneurs would have qualified for the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing US companies.
