Endurance Ventures assembles necessary capital for both private and public companies to execute appropriate growth opportunities. Typical metrics for investments include: greater than $5MM in sales; break even or near break-even; market or 'near market' has growth or can be consolidated; and a path to shareholder liquidity can be developed within 36 months. Depending on the necessary capital, Endurance or affiliated funds will directly invest, lead an investment round, or work with management to raise outside capital. The firm invests through platforms for consolidation, management buyouts, recapitalizations, or in under-managed companies. Endurance has additional offices in New York and Southern California. Endurance Ventures is the General Partner of: Strome Endeavor Partners, LP (SEP); Strome Endeavor Partners II, LP (SEP II); and EPG Investment, LLC.
