Epic Partners is a firm of professionals that works with companies and investors when supplementary funds or management capability is called for, frequently to help firms that are under-achieving their goals or that are attempting to make significant changes in their business models. Epic Partners generally looks for companies with revenues of $10 to $50 million, EBITDA greater than $2 million, although it will consider companies with less, and with 3+ years of operating history. The firm has no maximum investment size, as it has access to capital for investments of all sizes. Epic Partners will consider both control and non-control, growth capital investments.
