FOD Capital, LLC is a family office investment fund headquartered in Key West, Florida and organized in December 2017 by Donald Foss and Michael Raymond. FOD was established to leverage a deep network of professional and business relationships and proprietary referral sources enjoyed by Mr. Foss and Mr. Raymond. Through this and other developing channels (such as other like-minded family offices), FOD seeks to identify and execute entrepreneurial and opportunistic portfolio investments in a wide range of categories with varying risk profiles and lucrative returns. FOD prefers profitable, growth companies with reasonably foreseeable liquidity events, such as sale/mergers or IPOs.
The firm invests in highly selective earlier-stage, exceptional yield potential companies with experienced, disciplined management, disruptive technologies or products, and large 'white-space' exploitable markets.
