Five Points Capital provides flexible unitranche, subordinated, and second-lien debt financing and equity co-investment capital for buyouts, recapitalizations, acquisitions and refinancings in the lower middle market. The firm targets cash-flow oriented businesses in the U.S. lower middle market with a minimum EBITDA of $3 million and $5-30 million in investments. Five Points primarily targets investments in the Consumer, Energy, Finance, Healthcare and Technology sectors. Five Points also targets managers that invest in businesses whose enterprise values range from $30 to $300 million and whose revenues range from $15 to $150 million. The firm does not invest in startup businesses or make direct investments in real estate or finance companies. The firm has committed $1.6 billion across 10 funds since its inception.
