Established in 2001, Fletcher Spaght Ventures (FSV) is a venture capital fund investing in emerging growth healthcare and high technology companies, as well as mature corporations. Established by Fletcher Spaght, Inc. (FSI), a strategy consulting firm, FSV invests in companies with familiarity/experience with FSI, promising business potential, and financing led by top-tier venture capital firms. FSV does not intend to lead deals, but will collaborate with and support the lead investors. The firm focuses on companies in the areas of information technology (IT) and IT services, Internet, software, telecommunications, medical devices, healthcare informatics, biotechnology and healthcare services. John Fletcher and Peary Spaght were Senior Managers at The Boston Consulting Group. In 1983, Fletcher and Spaght formed FSI to build upon their BCG strategy experience and pursue their interest in healthcare and technology--celebrating 35 years.
