Gemini Investors is a private equity firm focused on providing investment capital to established, middle market businesses, operating in nearly all industry sectors, with three or more years of operating history, and revenues between $5 and $50 million and EBITDA of at least $1 million. Currently, Gemini manages four investment funds with total committed capital of $650 million. The firm invests in a variety of transactions, including growth capital, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and buyouts. Operating since 1993 and having invested over $700 million in more than 160 companies since its inception, Gemini has raised four equity funds in 1995, 1997, 2000, and 2005. Gemini will typically make investments of between $3 and $8 million and the preferred industry focus is technology, business services, consumer services, healthcare, education, manufacturing and distribution.
