These businesses will typically have: Revenues of $15 to $150 million (co-investments into transactions up to $1 billion+); Enterprise values of $15 to $100 million (co-investments into transactions up to $250 million+); and EBITDA of $3 to $15 million (co-investments into transactions up to $50 million+).
