Graham Capital Group is a family office investment firm formed in order to acquire and partner with traditional small- to middle-market companies and their management teams to create and build value for the long term. Graham Capital Group seeks to acquire various disciplines of profitable, established companies in the Pacific Northwest under a 'buy and hold' strategy in partnership with management. The firm does not rely on outside investors or capital pools to provide acquisition capital and accordingly, there is no prevailing pressure to churn its portfolio companies through liquidity events every 4-5 years as is often the case with traditional private equity. Graham Capital is actively prospecting new investment opportunities with annual revenues of between $5,000,000 - $50,000,000, a positive EBITDA, and small to middle-market companies in traditional industries. The firm does not invest in high-technology, software or biotechnology industries and prefers businesses located in the Pacific Northwest Region. Signed Letter of Intent to completion of due diligence and closing is expected to be 45-60 days.
