Grand Crossing is a private investment partnership formed between experienced investors and the Naccarato family behind Wilton Brands - a consumer products business that grew to $450 million of revenue before its sale in 2007 for about $700 million. Vincent Naccarato was the longtime owner and CEO of Wilton. He and his two sons, Clay and Todd, today run Grand Crossing, as well as Molto Capital. Molto has put $3 million into Westmont-based Business Only Broadband LLC, which sells wireless broadband services to corporations. Molto Capital has seeded Molto Properties, which invests in real estate. Grand Crossing focuses on branded consumer and retail businesses with EBITDA of $2 - 10M. The firm targets $5 - 25M of equity per investment.
