Graycliff Partners is an independent investment firm focused on middle market private equity, mezzanine and real estate investments in the United States and Latin America. Graycliff Partners LP, a Delaware limited partnership, is an SEC-registered investment advisor under the U.S. Investment Advisors Act of 1940, as amended. Founded in 1991 and focused on investing in lower middle market companies for nearly three decades, the Graycliff Partners team previously operated as the U.S. Private Equity division of HSBC. In 2011, the investment team spun off to form Graycliff Partners, an independent investment firm. Typical investments are made in the amount of $10 to $50 million in companies with revenues of at least $10 million and an EBITDA of $4 to $20 million. The firm has over 100 completed investments.
