Halifax invests between $10 and $40 million along side owners and managers of established, growing and profitable companies. The firm's principals maintain investment and operating experience in health services and wellness, infrastrucure services and business services. Halifax is comprised of 11 professionals with a combined 100 years of investing experience. The Halifax Group has also partnered to form Salem Halifax Capital Partners, which invests mezzanine debt in growing businesses with pre-tax operating profit between $2 million and $5 million. Salem Halifax will invest up to $6 million to bridge the gap between pure equity and senior bank financing. Halifax maintains offices in DC, North Carolina, and Dallas. The firm's investment parameters are $8 mm - $30 mm EBITDA, $40 mm - $80 mm equity, and $50 mm - $300 mm TEV.
