Halyard is a private equity fund with over $600 million of capital under management focused on investing in Tech-enabled Business and Information Services, Digital Marketing/Data Analytics, IT Cyber Security and IT Infrastructure and Communications that cater to industries including Healthcare, Education, Marketing Services, Human Capital Management and Media. Halyard seeks companies with enterprise values ranging from $25 million to $250 million and EBITDA of $2 million to $20 million. The Fund specializes in middle-market leveraged buyouts, growth equity and structured equity investments. Halyard invests in control positions or non-control investments with strong governance rights. Geographically, the Fund primarily focuses on opportunities in North America and Europe. The Fund will commit up to $40 million to individual portfolio companies with a focus on investments between $10 million and $40 million. Additionally, Halyard has the ability to complete larger transactions utilizing its network of investment partners.
