With $120 million under management, High Street Capital is a leading provider of flexible capital and operating expertise to middle market businesses. In partnership with management, the firm invests in recapitalizations, management buyouts and growth equity financings. High Street looks to acquire, recapitalize, and provide growth capital to service businesses, distributors, publishing, or manufacturing companies with revenues of up to $150 million, cash flow up to $15 million, on platforms east of the Rockies, with add-ons throughout the United States. The firm provides from $2 million to $8 million of equity per investment and will complete both control and non-control investments. High Street is actively seeking new investments through its third investment fund. With affiliates, High Street provides up to $20 million of equity per investment and will complete both control and non-control investments.
