Formerly known as PNC Equity Partners, Incline Management Corp. is a private equity firm formed in 2011 by three managing principals of PNC Equity Partners: Jack Glover, Wali Bacdayan, and Justin Bertram. The Incline team has worked together for 14 years at PNC Equity Partners and will continue to manage PNC Equity Partners I, L.P. and PNC Equity Partners II, L.P. Incline Management Corp. is independent of PNC and focused on investments in middle market growth companies. Incline targets investments of $10-$30 million, in companies with EBITDA minimally $4 million, with enterprise values of $25 - $750 million. Preferred industries are light manufacturing, business and industrial services and distribution of companies located in the United States and Canada. Incline is currently investing through their third fund, Incline Equity Partners III, L.P.
