Indigo South Capital (ISC) is a private family office that invests in public and private equities, venture capital opportunities and real estate. The firm manages the capital of the Geddes family. Indigo South is interested in acquiring majority interests or outright purchases of privately held enterprises in the small to middle market. The firm targets companies or real estate that are located in the southeast region of the U.S. ISC seeks and participates in growth equity investments, recapitalizations, management led buyouts and outright purchases. The firm prefers majority, controlling interests, but also will partner with an executive or other sponsor in a minority position. Prior to founding Indigo South Capital, Tim Geddes was the COO of RingPower Corporation, a privately held Caterpillar dealership for the central and north region Florida with over $1B in annual revenue and 1900 employees. Tim is currently a member of the board of trustees for The Bolles School and formerly a board member of the Tampa Bay Museum of Art and Ronald McDonald House of Jacksonville. Target companies are at EBITDA $1M-$5M.
