Jones Family Office a single family office for the family of Paul Tudor Jones, founder of Tudor Investments. The office is responsible for the two generations of the Jones family as well as extended family. Jones founded Tudor Investments and the Tudor Group, which helped earn him a fortune estimated by Forbes to be $4.6 billion. One of Jones' earliest and major successes was predicting Black Monday in 1987, tripling his money during the event due to large short positions. Additionally, he founded the Robin Hood Foundation, a nonprofit group that fights poverty in New York City and is largely funded by those in the hedge-fund community, as well as the Everglades Foundation. The firm's investments include Singita, an eco-tourism company in Africa; Reykjavik Geothermal, an Icelandic clean-energy company; and trading firms Castleton Commodities and Engineers Gate.
