    Founded in 1945, Kaiser Permanente Ventures, the corporate venturing arm of Kaiser Permanente, invests in medical devices, health care services, and health care information technology. Kaiser Permanente seeks ventures with the following characteristics: healthcare marketplace innovation; 'A' round financing or later; U.S. market potential that exceeds $500M; strong management team with previous successes; and an equity position of $4-$7 million.
