LaSalle Capital Group was founded in 1984. The firm's principals Rocco Martino and Jeff Walters, have been active investors in the lower middle market for more than 20 years. The firm's investments are typically as leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, recapitalizations, growth equity, and generational ownership changes. LaSalle is currently managing two committed funds totaling over $345 million, and is seeking to recapitalize a business, fund growth plans, or make strategic, complementary acquisitions. LaSalle targets business service and food and beverage companies with revenues of $10 to $100 million and an EBITDA between $2 and $15 million. The firm invests between $10 and $30 million in each platform, and LaSalle's investment horizon is typically five to seven years before exit.
