Founded in 1993, Longmeadow Capital Partners is a value-added private equity firm that invests in small to mid-sized businesses. Longmeadow will invest in a wide variety of industries, targeting companies with revenues between $2 million and $20 million. The firm prefers companies located in New England, and its initial investment ranges from $500,000 to $2,500,000. Longmeadow invests its own capital together with that of a select group of wealthy families, business owners and CEOs. In addition to providing growth capital, Longmeadow also supports the following types of transactions: management buy-outs, sales or divestitures, ownership transitions, and 'mild' turnarounds.
