LongueVue Capital (LVC) is a private equity company formed to make value-oriented investments in middle market companies. In 2001, the firm raised an $82 million equity fund from a group of high net worth investors. LongueVue does not invest in specific industries. Instead, the firm focuses its investments on privately-held businesses in growing markets, restructuring opportunities, turnarounds, workouts and distressed assets, corporate divestitures and MBOs, undervalued small capitalization public companies with strong growth fundamentals, and re-capitalization/acquisition of family owned businesses with transition challenges. LongueVue targets companies with sales up to $150 million and EBITDA over $3 million. Investments range from $10 to $50 million. The firm closed its oversubscribed third fund at $252 million (March of 2017). Investments span four funds with over $1 billion of committed capital.
