Organized in 2004, Lovell Minnick Partners is the successor to, and continuation of, the private equity business of Putnam Lovell Capital Partners, affiliate of the National Bank of Canada. From offices in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and New York, Lovell Minnick Partners sponsors and manages private equity partnerships of qualified private and institutional investors totaling more than $850 million. The Fund is focused on investments in the global financial services sector with an emphasis on the North American market. The Fund has a particular interest in areas such as asset management, financial product distribution, securities brokerage, banks, specialty finance and related business services. Lovell Minnick Partners typically makes equity investments between $40 and $150 million in each portfolio company. Since inception in 1999, the firm has raised over $4.87 billion of committed capital, invested in over 50 companies and completed over 175 add-on acquisitions.
