Lumina Foundation is an independent, private foundation in Indianapolis that is committed
to making opportunities for learning beyond high school available to all. Lumina Impact Ventures' (LIV) goal is to identify promising solutions that improve attainment for traditionally underrepresented populations and turn those solutions into scalable and investable opportunities to accelerate progress toward Lumina's 2025 goal. Lumina Impact Ventures leverages social capital to accelerate development of promising solutions that can help more people benefit from education and training beyond high school. Lumina is among the nation's top 100 private foundations with an endowment in excess of $1 billion. Lumina Foundation works to ensure 60 percent of adults will have a college degree, certificate, industry certification, or other credential of value by 2025.
